A scheduler from our Patient Registration Department will contact the referred individual at the phone number provided within 48 hours. If the client prefers, they may also call us directly at 1-855-272-1653.
Our scheduling hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
We have found many phone numbers are now blocking/declining unknown numbers.
We ask that the person being referred for services please call us at 1-855-272-1653 if it has been 48 hours or more since a referral was made and they believe they have not received a call.
To avoid delays in the scheduling process, please ensure the referral includes the client’s date of birth, a valid phone number, and a correct mailing address. If any of this information changes, please contact Patient Registration at the number above to update it. Clients should also have their insurance card available at the time of the call, as this information is required to determine which providers are the best fit for their needs.
Please note that appointment availability depends on several factors which may change over the course of treatment. While we strive to minimize clients’ out-of-pocket expenses and travel distances, some private insurance providers may not cover services at the location nearest to the client due to licensing or credentialing requirements.

Insurance coverage and staffing availability are subject to change. Additionally, many insurance plans do not cover certain aspects of forensic treatment (e.g., workbooks, evaluations, certain assessments), and some may not cover forensic treatment at all. In such cases, clients will be responsible for all associated out-of-pocket costs. Clients who are not clear on their insurance products, are encouraged to speak directly with their insurance provider to obtain a better understanding of their benefits.
