My passion is helping others reach their full potential. I work hard to be sure to provide effective, collaborative, and ethical treatment. I consider my approach to be person centered and I enjoy working from a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) approach. I also pull from other theoretical orientations as needed to support progress in therapy. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, live music, and spending time with loves ones.
