As a Clinical Social Worker, my focus will be to assist you in enhancing your psychological, physical, social and spiritual well-being. I believe it is important to consider all aspects of ourselves and our lives including our individual beliefs and experiences, our work, our families and our communities and how these shape us daily. On a personal note, I spend much of my free time with my husband and children, usually running from one sporting event to another. However, I am definitely an introvert and I really enjoy my quiet time and will always make time to “recharge” by reading a good book, cooking a new recipe or gardening if the weather allows for that. I also really love stormy weather and would be perfectly happy curling up inside with my kids and dogs watching a movie or just watching a good thunderstorm or snowstorm!
