I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and offer a safe, welcoming space for all individuals. The modalities that I use most often are Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy, as well as incorporating a client’s strengths and interests into the therapeutic setting.
