I have a strong interest in helping individuals navigate issues such as depression, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, and abuse. My background in crisis counseling informs my approach, and I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who may not always feel seen or understood. My goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels respected, heard, and supported on their journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to comedy and current events podcasts, spending time with my pets, experimenting with new recipes, and volunteering in efforts that support our community.
