I enjoy anything that is outside: hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding and just regular walking. My space is always full of plants to bring the outdoors inside with me. I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Commonwealth University of PA and I am very excited to be done reading textbooks.

Outside of the office, I enjoy a sunny day at the beach or a rainy day curled up with a good book. I love spending time with my family and seeking new adventures. I am finalizing my certification in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy, and currently in a Marriage and Family Therapy Doctoral Program to deepen my practice in relationships and family work.
