Full Bio: Hi! I’m Roy Smith and I started counseling so I could help people overcome the struggles life puts on them. I have a specialty in couples counseling spending most of my clinical time applying evidence-based therapies to help couples heal and grow a strong relationship, together. Beyond therapy, I love to write and travel. I’ve actually written over a dozen books including resources for men’s and women’s spirituality and a series for children dedicated to teaching life lessons through faith and therapy principles. As far as travel, I’ve been to all contiguous U.S. states and quite a few countries. I learn the most when I travel, seeing how people live their lives in different cultures and situations make me a well-rounded individual.
